This needlepoint by Jacinta Kunic-Mijovic from 1828 is inside the Our Lady of the Rocks church museum off the coast of Perast in the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. It was made while Jacinta waited 25 years for her husband to return from the sea. She created this piece of art using gold and silver threads along with her own hair for the angels’ hair.
